Sounds like a very decent human being, & an artist. Look carefully at those gates, the quality of the work, & the design concept is absolutely outstanding, function & beauty, Arts & Crafts at its best. His work will live on.

As can be seen a hugely talented and much appreciated craftsman. I do hope that his family can be shown the many posts on this forum as a fitting tribute to someone clearly so very well thought of.
I imagine those Pearly Gates are probably being refashioned even as I write…….
