Alfa Westlake Powder Vihtavuori Loads

Not unsurprisingly, my plea for traditional nitro powder for the Alfa Westlake .357 Nitro ML revolver are not coming up with any - the veritable "rocking horse poo"

When I ran out IMR 4350, I ended up migrating to Vith powders for both my .243 and .270 - I'm still using up my stocks of IMR4895 in my .308 🤗

Question: does anyone have a good load for the Alfa using standard 148gr WC bullets using Vith N300 series powders that thery could share please?

Do feel free tio DM me please 🙏

TIA
:tiphat:

I think the kernels are too small with N310 or N320 iirc. On your other post I suggested Vectan AS (I think!) which I used in mine as have other users. I believe Dauntsey Guns have it in stock.

I've tried N320; and although the kernels will fall through the flash-hole, they will not fall through a shotgun primer.
Then I found some Unique...

As an aside, RS20 data appears on the Westlake site now - so I guess that has the official Seal of Approval, should you be able to get that somewhere.
