Having bought the Alpex Pro and took it out for the first time last night, I noticed the recoil activated recording doesn't trigger on a 22LR - anyone else had success?

Not with the pro, but it's pretty common on most digi scope that the lack of recoil on 22lr wont trigger the auto record. Even my 204 sometimes doesn't.

It has been reported as far as I know and hopefully should be rectified with an update

The recoil recording on my Alpex 4K works 100% perfectly on my FAC air rifle but the Pro does not record a single shot, so it can be made to work perfectly on low recoil rifles, disapointed with the Pro, HIK should do better and not do their R&R in the real world

Don’t know about the Alpex but on the Zulus 1&2 low recoil rifles don’t activate the RAV either. A simple workaround is to press the record button before you put it in standby, then as you turn the sight back on to take a shot or wotever it automatically starts the recording function.
