An e-mail I received unsolicited but which is not a scam

I received this message 3 times from the same source - copied below.

Where have they got my data from ? any ideas. I have simply unsubscribed but who has leaked it ? Name , email address, status

Speaking to my Website company man ( ex military ) and knowing something about the attack on various government sites ( including hospitals and colleges ) . you simply cannot stop this occurrence. Hence its unfair to lay blame on what is a victim more than a negligent person .
Its been known for a fair while its gone way past some teenage " spectrum" nerd in the bedroom and North Korea and Russia are using it as a weapon ( as are we no doubt ). Just this weekend our local hospital was attacked.
