Any Hilux mechanics on here?

So, last month I bought a 2019 Hilux Invincible X 2.4 Auto, previous owner was Toyota, 15k on the clock.
I quickly discovered an issue, it has been back 3 times, and still not fixed (just for good measure they dented the bumper on the last visit!) when driving, if you turn the steering wheel left or right there is a rhythmical sound/vibration coming up through the steering.
They replaced a tyre (BTW sold it to me with an illegal spare tyre!) did tracking twice and balanced the tyres, on the visit last week they swapped the rear tyres to the front and vice versa.
But worse, even though I told him not to do it, he drove my truck in 4wd High on dry tarmac 10 miles back to the garage as he said it was because the truck hadn't been used in 4wd enough!
So I think (if they are being truthful) we can rule out tyres.
This is a main Toyota dealership.
Any suggestions what it could be?
Thanks
Richard

i repair this type of vehicles and common issue is steerng rack or power steering pump . or both
remove the power steering pump belt and see if the vibration disappears .steering will be very heavy so do this on turn plates.
They have got to have it back to repair the damage, so I will point them in that direction thanks
