Any one who is or around worcestershire.. and you want to know how to skin and butcher a carcase.. please message me..
If your local i will show you.
Any further a field.. that wants to know, I can travel.. if exspenses are covered. or some stalking on the day..

If you want to see 3 methods i will need 3 carcases.. or if you just want to see the quickest way 1 carcase.

Evesham.. Butchered slaughtered from a young age.. Robp. so yes just give me shout when your up and running.... if you have mincer and some kind of sausage machine, ect.. ill make you some award winning sausages and burgers.. while we are at it.
 
Not a million miles away from the Dudley area then ! I'll give you a shout when all set up, and I'll buy a mincer when the sorted with chiller :thumb:
 
No.. i know the area well... i was raised in highley.... schooled at bridgnoth..... I miss Shropshire.... the vale is flat.. and the brooks and steams are crap for brownies compared to home..
