Anyone mounted a Spartan Valhalla on a Tikka T3?

I’ve recently bought a Spartan Valhalla to use on my Tikka T3 but I’m unsure the best way to mount it in terms of whether I drilling new holes for a piccatinny or mlok rail without losing or utilising the sling stud for a sling.

Has anyone got any suggestions, advice or pictures they can send me of their set up?

All the pictures online are of tactical rifles with a built in piccatinny rail.

What stock have you got?

Personally have a Javelin Pro but it very rarely gets used, prefer to shoot off a pack.

Unless they make all their systems ARCA Swiss compatible (not just an adapter, but sliding adjustments) Spartan are going to get left behind by MDT.

@StevieBoy I had PSE attach a short picatinny rail to my stock when ordering for my T3. I have also attached the same rail to my CZ457 LRP using epoxy and screws. I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to do something similar - what stock do you have on your T3?

I've attached quite a few small sections of picatinny to various plastic stocks over the years including two T3 stocks. Very simple and easy to do.

You can buy an Arca Swiss adapter for their kit made by a third party.

Their range of tactical gear for the private customer is limited because it's not what they make. It's either super lightweight for serious mountain hunters or volume orders for police/military kit who still use picatinny. The UK market is tiny for them along with the PRS competitors.
