If you are willing to make a slight detour and head down the M40 from Birmingham, then take the A34 at J9, you could drop into Reloading Solutions in Kidlington, near Oxford. The shop is perhaps 5-10 minutes from the A34.

Then carry on down the A34 and take the A420 from the Botley roundabout towards Swindon to get onto the M4 and back to the M5.

Thanks for all the suggestions
Try HPS at Newent for vit but they are expensive. Don't hold your breath for NAV and Sportsman. Wildcat is close to your route as is another shop in Bromsgrove. Pity you didn't post earlier as Game and Country in Sekirk had lots of RS and one 10x in stock on Tuesday. Also lots of primers.
