Apple tree problem

Hi guys , I've got 2 young apple trees in my garden I planted them 3 years ago from a reputable garden centre, they've produced fruit but this year I've noticed some of the leaves are turning a little bit brown but not all of them, is this because of some sort of deficiency or disease?

How/ when did you play them?
Have you kept them watered since planting?

They've been planted approx 3 years ago yes I water them regularly

Lots of factors will turn leaving brown.
Stress, insect and fungus but most common is drought or root damage in my experience.

My younger apple trees get this when they’ve dried out too much

The very dry spell could have contributed to this and also dry winds. Just keep an eye on the fruit as it might be a bacterial/fungal disease
