Arca rail plate

Hello, I have purchased a new tripod today from the shooting show. It’s a arca one so will clamp directly onto my at-x. However I also have a 3d printed hog saddle, with a arca plate that screws into the bottom. However the arca plate that’s on it isn’t “quite arca” and so slides around in the clamp. Can anyone recommend me a new plate?

Ant supplies sell arca plates in various lengths, can you not just dispense with the saddle and have plates on your rifles for the new tripod

Arca Swiss (Switzerland) invented it in the 1950's
