Back pressure

Well guys, local gunsmith checked it and apparently found a circlip missing from the safety mechanism causing something to be misaligned and loose, weather this was the cause or not I'm still not sure

Hmmm...I'm wondering if whatever was missing was allowing excessive firing pin protrusion. If so, that would explain the pierced primer, and the gas flowing back and pushing/blowing the shroud off.

Kind of hard to diagnose on the internet, so just throwing the thought out there...

I'd be very surprised if firing pin travel was dictated via a safety mechanism and even more so a missing circlip.

Problem may be the ammunition. Report back to the manufacturer and don’t use any more until they have confirmed safe to do so

Trigger unit alone has about 0.5mm travel back and forth or slop before m6 screw is tightened due to the difference in hole size vs screw diameter. Meaning firing pin rear position is not precise. Firing pin forward position has nothing to do with the trigger unit as far as I can see.
Thankfully the T3 shroud is made of metal since the T3x Gen.

Looks like the primer is pierced, if so there is probably a small disc of primer inside the bolt. A pierced primer will blow the plastic bolt shroud off or dislodge the extractor, I’ve had people arrive with cases in the chamber as the extractor has come out and fallen out of the action when they opened the bolt.
