BASC Game Management Evening @ Sparsholt Sept 13th

Is anybody else going to the BASC Game Management Evening at Sparsholt on Sept 13th?

I shall be in attendance, never been to one of these before and always willing to listen and learn.

I went to the last one in Cirencester. It was very good. So will be there tomorrow.
I'll be the one in a suit. Straight from work, oh joy.
that a bit like saying I'll be the one dressed in green. Doh.

How was it?

It was a very interesting evening with talks from Charlie Mellor the head keeper of the Norfolk Estate on Grey Partridge, Jamie Cordery of The Deer Initiative, Mark Elliot from Southdowns Vets and Peter Clayton HM Head Keeper at Windsor Great Park. Tony Hill from Hampshire Firearms Licencing was also there and gave a very open and honest account of the issues etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed it...

yes a very enjoyable and informative evening, and winning a prize in the Draw made it even more enjoyable

It was crap..... I didn't win the sloe gin or anything else for that matter.
