99.9% of Aussies rip the scab off a stubby and bugle it, me included. If there is a gathering of any sort its stubby in hand for everyone. However lately if I`m in the shed I will jump on the old computer and have a beer. Lately I have been pouring my stubbies into a large stemmed wine glass. **** me the beer goes down like lolly water,in fact I`m gonna pour another one.
I kid you not,it tastes better.
Might make a front cover one day that bloke in the background.

I would bet London to a brick on that if you were in the Aussie bush in the middle of a mid 40C day and some **** handed you an ice cold stubby that you would put up with the fizz lol.

Yeah, I'm a UK and Austrian based Kiwi who lived in Oz for a while. Fill the bathtub with ice, chuck in all the stubbies and let the weekend commence.
