Best Scope lamp for foxing?

Looking for a lamp to go on my 22250, what can people recommend if anyone still uses a lamp and not NV! Wicked lamp or night master don't look a bad piece of kit however so many to choose from!

Thanks!

I use the wicked lights. Red, green and white at the flick of a switch. Comes with a adjustable mount. Great bit of kit and comes in handy to just flick the switch to white for those longer shots.. Mines also on 22.250
Not cheap but I have been through all the rest and this wins hands down

I bought one of these last year as my mates said they were the best one to get so I tried it,it’s now back in its bag after being used just once!!i found it ok out to 200 but if you want to spot and see clearly out to 400 they are no good.i sold mine and went back to the night master 800 with a xsearcher head and it works fine out to 400

Hi George. I'm just up the road from you in wellingborough.
More than welcome to try out the wicked light.

I use a Nightmaster Trident on my foxing rifle. Spot with thermal, shoot under the lamp. It’s range is excellent, and I have the choice of LED colour for different foxes / areas.

Yes the Trident is really good with the amber lens. :thumb: David.
