Bio wads....

interesting video, no mention of bioammo from Nick as they are the importers for them. The first wads shown are what express called earth wads and used until fiocchi purchased express they then changed to the B&P green core wads as fiocchi also own B&P.

are you needing to follow gamebore advice on cleaning the gun?

Specialist Cleaning Instructions:

Spray a mild, water-based household cleaning product such as glass cleaner down the barrels, leave for a few minutes to allow the breakdown of any stubborn dirt or residue. Next use a wire brush to remove the fouling, followed by a cleaning mop or cloth to wipe away the excess. Dry the barrels thoroughly before applying a gun oil.

As with any type of cartridge; barrels and chokes should be cleaned after each use to avoid buildup of residue.
I haven't found it to be much worse than the old-style lead cartridges (I only shoot steel now), but it does leave a residue. It's easily removed with gun solvent too (I use Napier).

Nothing, when paired with lead shot.
It's the transition to non-lead that's highlighted the need for a redesign of the wad, if the cartridge is to be truly eco-responsible.
The wads not the problem, a suitable replacement for lead is!
