This bird turned up in garden yesterday at first I thought common crossbill but its behaviour didn't sit right.
Anyway I know what it is now just want to see what others thought before I divulge.

Well that's how I found out! Which got me thinking so contacted a local bird keeper and its a canary cross green finch going to catch it and give him it back.
