What bird is this?

Its not a Gos or a peregrine. Gos is very secretive and won't be seen perching in full view. Peregrine tend to perch at the top of the highest point available.
I think it's a buzzard but may be a honey buzzard.

Funny how animals and birds can be so different - we see the Gos - defo Gos regular and its defo not shy

Just throw a spanner in the works my first thought was a Kookaburra.
