Wanted: Bitch to breed with

Hi all,

based in south wales i have a sprockers dog which I would very much like to father a pup from he’s an outstanding dog one of the best working spaniels I’ve had in 30 years however as he is not a pedigree I’m finding it difficult to find someone of the same mindset as me!

Is there anyone out there that has a bitch and of the same mindset of which pedigree and papers don’t matter to them only that the working line of the dog is spot on ?

Probably opened a big can of worms here so may I ask if people can only comment if they have something constructive to say.

Did you get any offers? I have two sprocker bitchs but I’m in Eire. I bred a litter 4 years ago and they’re flying. One of the dog pups owners has been asked to put over 2 pure bred springers.
Great dogs, plenty of stamina and hardy. Good luck with your quest

whippet x russell dog over springer x pat bitch. I bred her and own the parents and a litter sister. Very much worker to worker though so not everyone's cup of tea. She works as a stalking dog raining but can also flush and retrieve rough shooting or do a good day's ratting.
