The genuine blaser rail you mention is this one I believe ?

There are a couple of similar and cheaper alternatives from Contessa etc, but none are QD or strictly return to zero either.

You also mention rear extension of which is there is a Blaser and Contessa version so I assume for NV? I am afraid if this is for anything 30mm tube based like a C50 or Alpex you will find that the scope bell will contact with the rail front unless you use high rings, at which point you might as well use a standard blaser mount or better yet if this is for tubed NV or thermal innomount make a purpose made mount for Blaser and these scopes.
