I have decided to part with my Blaser R8 Ultimate with adjustable comb, recoil reducer and ATZL trigger. It has a .300WM semi weight fluted barrel fitted. It also has a saddle mount with either 34mm or 36mm rings and a Blaser carbon bipod. (The scope is not included in the sale but can be with further negotiation).
The barrel was special order and took 11 months to arrive.
The complete rifle is only just over a year old along with saddle mount and rings etc (the bipod was purchased secondhand but is in very good condition).
Rifle has shot around 100 rounds and is as you would expect in very very good condition if not excellent!
The only reason I’m selling it is I’m just not getting on with it, it just doesn’t suit me, it was an itch I had to scratch but I’m going back to a Sako…… quite possibly the new Sako 90 but time will tell.
I have all the paper work it came with and of course the hard case etc also.
Price wise I’m not exactly sure what it’s worth but to replace it all today would have a RRP of £8956.
My asking price is £4995 for everything pictured minus the scope…… I feel that’s a pretty good saving and you can skip the long wait. If I’m way off with my value please PM me and give me some feed back. Likewise if a trader would like the gun and can do a deal on a Sako 90 we could possibly sort something out.
