BMH pup , any good books

I’m picking up a BMH pup next week , any tips or good recommendations for books to help train her ??

The teckle club in Sweden produce a booklet that is about 8 pages. In those 8 pages it tells you all you need to know about how to get your dog up to a good standard. Training your dog to track is not some black art.

My pal, who has a few BMH,s over the years. Told me, when I got one, I,d get no sense out of him until he was 2 years old.....
Guess what? He was right.
My Finn now is becoming a cracker, so pleased with him.
My advice. He's not a lab, take your time with the hound and she'll do you proud.

I'm afraid not. It was a pamphlet that you got when buying a teckel pup, plus it was in Swedish.
When I came over to do the NGO dog for deer days we did a book that cut out all the padding that you get with many training books. I don't know if that is available. To train a dog to a very good standard could be explained on about twelve pages.
