What books are out there to aid with the training of a deer dog.

Books I have used are:

A Tracking Manual by Terry Hadley (Very dull)
Versatile Gundog by Guy Wallace (all aspects of HPR work but a section on deer)
Tracking Dogs for Finding wounded deer by Jean Jeahennry (VV good)

Can bring them down next time I am visiting rags if you want to borrow them?

Dug them out last night and they are almost falling apart - one of the dogs obviously has had a go at at the training books - ripped the spines off and chewed the covers. May be better to have a look on amazon unless you can guess the last word on each line!
