British Shooting Show 2024

However, been told Pulsar will be at the show fixing their products for free, like new lens caps or eyepiece, should that be of benefit to you.
That might be the only reason for me to go. My Quantum spotter seems to need reprogramming, perhaps. I haven't been since the Chinese announced that Covid was contageous even if there were no symptoms. It's so hot in there!

Contemplated going just to have a look at the Accuracy International AT-XC if there was going to be one there, not sure. Then I read the posts elsewhere about the issues with the AT-X. So not going to bother as not going to buy one now.

(Basically it is Made in the USA and that is nothing to be proud of apparently. Neither is the allegedly non-existent customer service) So there now seem to be two AI's at the moment UK and USA. Again not my beef, but if our cousins have complaints of that magnitude then I will not be burning £6k in the hope they have fixed it. I will stick with my good old British AI AX and save the airfare to Birmingham.
There has always been two accuracy international manufacturers.
My AIAE was American made 20 years ago

nope, £26 quid to go into an overheated overcrowded hall filled with stuff I do not really need.... I would rather support my local shop.
No the Game fair is not as focussed but as a BASC member its free to get in. I can see what I want and then get my local shop to order it in if they do not have my size at the show. as to the stalking show, wild horses could not drag me away from it... will deffo be there

I agree I have reached the age where I no longer enjoy fighting my way round due to crowds of people add to that the risk of covid which is still around, will use the money saved to enjoy some fresh air instead shooting some clays at the local premier shooting ground as a treat.

It’s always been free parking since it moved to the NEC, other option is to use the train as it stops at the NEC, I will be going, if you want these events to continue you have to support them and the Indoor Shooting show is far more shooting focused than the Gamefare
Not entirely correct. They introduced a parking charge one year and there was a lot of customer backlash on various forums this one included. Then one of the bigger distributors stepped in and sponsored the parking.

Hi All,

I’m happy to see the enthusiasm and a great response for the Pulsar Service & Support Centre at the upcoming Great British Shooting Show, the team are all keen to showcase this service, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to let you know a little more on what we are able to offer at the show.

Our team of technicians will be on stand E1 from 09:00 to 15:00 offering complimentary minor repairs, these include cosmetic fixes such as replacement eye cups and lens covers, or simply just a professional clean if you think your device could do with a spruce up or just a general once over to make sure it’s ready for your next outing.

There are, however, certain things our team will unfortunately not be able to carry out at the show. If you bring your device to the show and the team deem the job too intricate to be carried out on the stand, you will need to follow our normal return procedures, so it can be dealt with at our offices where our technicians have access to their full range of equipment (as much as we would love to bring them to the show with us, some of the equipment is too large for this to be viable).

If this is the case, we will take your details on the day and a member of the Thomas Jacks support team will be in touch with you in due course.

For further clarity, and to provide everyone with a better idea of what we can offer at the show, I do recommend reading our Terms & Conditions in full at this link: Pulsar Support & Service Centre Terms & Conditions | Pulsar Vision UK & ROI

If you have any further questions, please feel free to give the office a call on 01789 264100 and we will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks,

TJ Tom
