Up for sale is my BLR 81 carbine, 20" Barrel, comes with 2 Browning 4 Round magazines. It also has a steel one piece Browning 1" scope mount and a set of Talley 30mm rings into which is fitted a Nikko Stirling 1x4 IR Boar Eater scope that I bought new.
She's in what I would describe as good all round condition, couple dints in the woodwork. I have seen guns in similar condition labelled excellent, It was meant to go to Turkey with me but regrettably cardiac issues intervened.
She currently has a zeiss variable fitted in the Talley rings, this does not go with the gun.
I've not put a lot of Jacketed mono rounds through it, enough to advise it loves Barnes 130 grain TSX, Speer 165 grn BTSP and 180 grain cup and core spire points that I bought for boar. There are a rake of those left and they'll go with the gun, the red snap caps stay with me. I'll also send 49 (!) Peterson SRP brass that have only been fired in this gun
Most of the shooting I've done has been with cast boolits 165 grn gas checked flat points and lately shellhouse 175 grain bt spire point coated which It likes very much. All around 16 - 1700 fps.
I won't BS about the accuracy, it shoots far better than I can, the trigger has smoothed out over the years and I feel quite at home with it. With practice it's possible for this 81 year old fart to get 9 aimed full powerish shots on target at 50yards - including changing magazines very rapidly. Ideal for large sounders, especially if the buggers stand still. There isn't any provision for a moderator. The red dot in the Boar Eater scope helps enormously with this, especially in forest environment where the light gathering capability appears (to me) at 1x to be the equal of the Zeiss.

I won't deny I have an issue, I've just applied for a variation and Kent police asked for my old FAC which I probably won't get back until nearer to Xmas 2025 I hope, that aside it's got to be worth £575 ovno, and no I won't split it.
I'm in SEKent.
