Only worn once, I ordered wrong size thinking they were 32 waist ( and even that would have been pushing it ), these are lined, warm and water resistant and ideal for the field

How close are these to 32" waist? I ask as many (?) let the trousers (pants to some) to sit on ye hips rather than waist................?
