Bushbuck Defender Jacket

Does anyone wear one of these?

Not a brand I've seen before but saw someone wearing one on a YouTube video.

Any good, bad or indifferent views?

@LancsL200 has some Bushbuck watetproof trousers - we've been out in some grim weather and they seem to have done a good job of keeping him warm & dry

Bought my daughter a pair of leggings for on the farm,seem well made and she likes them the person from Pasturtec selling them rates all bushcraft clothes highly been dealing with him for years and find him to be very honest won't sell you rubbish.

I noticed Pasturetec sell them and they don't sell stuff that isn't up to the job

Hi Andy , I have had a defender jacket & over trousers along with other Bushbuck clothing items , i have worn these regularly out stalking, foxing, dog walking for past 6 yrs .

The quality of the clothing is excellent and very hard wearing , size and fit is excellent for shooting/ hunting , plenty of pockets and not to noisy a fabric.

I have been out in some heinous weather conditions for extended periods with the defender jacket & trousers and have stayed bone dry ( jacket & trousers treated when needed with fabsil gold)

I've been more than impressed with the performance of this jacket and clothing brand in general.

What is the sizing like on the jacket you have? I'm in between based on their size chart so not sure whether to go up or down

Andy , I'd say sizing is more on the generous rather than small side, with plenty of room to flex and move .

Sorry to reignite an older thread! What would you say the fit is like on the trousers? 36inch waist with ex prop legs and rear end!

Awesome! I’ll give the large a whirl! I’m not vertically blessed and hate XLs that are inches too long on the legs
