So I got some primos triggersticks, fed up of waiting on the prize draw etc and when they arrived one of the tubular legs had a ding in it impeding it's decent!
Within minutes on the phone I had a notification of a replacement being sent!
Included was a returns label for the faulty ones.

Same used them many a time always no problems.

My only criticism of Bw would be the length of time from placing order to receiving ordered goods, compared to some other retailers I use.
Bushwear great if you don’t need in a hurry, which most times I do.
