Bushwear - shipping charge

I suspect that the delivery charge is purposefully high to entice customers into adding other items to the basket to qualify for the free delivery for orders over £50.
I’ve bought items from them fairly recently when they were reduced, but only if I genuinely wanted goods to the value of £50, such as two boxes of bullets.

Companies make money on postage, I vote with my feet. Bushwear got the last of my business years ago. I know what a company pays for shipping per unit for different sizes and weights on a large commercial contract, and it’s not very much at all!

Me too - will never use again
Had an issue with some traps and were to be frank rude about the situation
Kept telling me said traps did not come in said colour or with perches - Gulped when i sent them the pictures of the ones they had sent me the month before showing them and the colour of them

I use evri a lot and 2kg or 4.4lbs to the purists is £3.20 .So 11.90 is extreme.
To be honest I use their eBay shop for the freepost on purchases ,or wait patiently for their freepost weekends.
Nothing is that desperate is it 🤔

It's not just shooting related stuff that can be stupidly expensive for delivery. My AB42 postcode appears to be thought by some to be in the middle of Alaska judging by the prices. I wanted some wood stain last week, found it for an unusually low £31.50, delivery £29.50! Bought the same stuff elsewhere, a more typical price of £40.73 with free delivery.

Thanks for your feedback everyone, It looks like there is a bug in the shipping charges and we are working to fix it. For the UK its free over £50 and under £50 its £3.50 for small items and £5.95 for everything else. If that is not what you are seeing please let us know and we will fix it for you. Thank you for your patience while we sort this.

How long has the bug been there? Will fair investigation be conducted with reimbursement to all customers who have been overcharged ? 😂

Pity that's not made clear on the Web site. I ordered a cherry wood roe call yesterday but signed up to the email so P@P was free. Suggest you add carriage cost to the menu saves alot of hassle.
