Butchery in Bristol

Hi all

am relatively new to shooting over the last few years and am keen to learn how to both better skin my rabbits (as sure I am not doing it the easy way!) and also learn how to butcher a deer properly. If anybody is around the Bristol way and doesn't mind me seeing their work in action I would appreciate it!
