I recently ordered a butollo call, but when I use it for a loud doe mating call it also produces a slight metallic resonance - like a quiet tuning fork. Just wondered if this is a duff one, whether it may make a difference, and whether anyone else has had a similar experience?
Also, having no experience of calling yet, I am aware they are obviously mainly used around the rut, but presumably they can be useful during the doe season when imitating a fawn too?
