Good old ebay just the job !!

At £180 per year ( more when the price goes up in the new year) for a 60w running 24/7 I’d be confirming I had a problem before installing that. I am tight
I’d be suprised if just being cold is an issue.
I’ve had cabinets in a few locations over the years. Only had an issue with a damp cellar not a cold environment.
As long as it’s not a damp environment ( at any temperature) a cold environment shouldn’t make any difference.
