Cabinet location

Good morning all.

I'm running out of room in my existing 4 cabinets, all small ones.

I'm looking at fitting large one so I can free up some space in the small ones for the used all the time rifles/shotguns and move the less used and family heirlooms to the big one in a different location in the house.

cabinet location, the house is about 200 years old made of stones and mud, basically the walls are almost impossible to attach anything onto ask me how I know! My existing cabinets are attached to a outside wall in an added on lean too type utility room that's made of red brick and concrete floor so attachment is easy however the rest of this wall has no free space left.

that room is split into 2 rooms by a wall made of 6 inch concrete block work, the question is can I attach to that and the concrete floor? I seem to remember something about outside walls only? but looking at the home office guidance I haven't seen a mention of outside walls only. have I missed something?
thanks James

Secured to the structure of the building out of sight of casual visitors, I live in a similar property, there are ways to fix to stone via threaded bar and chemical bonding covered on other threads, although the concrete block will be more than suitable

The only thing about outside walls is that in many houses they are the only substantial walls, with internal walls being just stud walls or whatever. But the internal wall you mention is substantial, so you'll be fine.
