With it being pumpkin season and I've been helping a local pumpkin/Christmas tree farm for which I get permission to shoot I've had a few pumpkins and have wanted to use as much as possible.
Firstly just using a generic orange pumpkin we made a pumpkin pie, cut in half, de-seeded, roasted, then scooped and pureed. Mixed with some sugar, mixed spice and evaporated milk and poured into a pre-made sweet pie casing. I then chuck a little brown sugar on top as I like the taste

Next was candied Pumpkin seeds which were actually from a crown Prince. The crown Prince was used to make a soup and then seeds washed and dried overnight, then mixed with brown sugar, mixed spice, vanilla essence and melted butter. In the oven for 45mins or so and then cooled to make a nice little snack
