I'm a for the training scenario, lots of skills and experience good money to be made and perhaps more choices generated from your contacts and networks.
Coaching and mentoring is big money at the moment as people want the benefit of your experience and knowledge.
Whatever you decide, all the very best and remain positive and follow your gut, it's usually right

Try changing career when you're 55. no one wants to know and you knowledge counts for nothing if you haven't got as degree in something.

I tend to disagree, some of the biggest earners I know are getting more money than most and don't have a formal education experience and knowledge and knowing how to use it count for more than you realise, along with reputation, good manners and a healthy attitude towards delivering a great product of course.
