Carpathian chamois - looking for a reliable outfitter

After an appallingly poor experience with a Romanian outfitter whose name I won’t mention, I’m looking for a reliable outfitter or local hunting club to successfully stalk Carpathian chamois in the mountains (i.e. not in inaccessible forestry blocks on steep hillls). Anyone on this forum with good experiences they want to share? Cheers, Filip
