Case tumbler and media recommendation

Gentlemen,

I have to date used an ultrasonic cleaner ( Maplins ) but today it gave up the ghost and they have gone bust.
Decided to go for a case tumbler to replace.

Recommendations please and are stainless steel pins the way to go ( if so, wet or dry ?) I confess I now nothing about case tumblers or corn cob / walnut / pet lizard media so over to you expert reloader's please

Lyman cyclone would be my choice, reason because it’s large and has a rubber liner to the tub

Have you had to put anything inside to stir them up rather than just sitting on the bottom and how long do you leave them in for

I have three small sections of mini trunking glued on the inside to churn the brass. I used car window wiper motor for power (from scrapyard). Only thing I had to buy was the drum from Amazon. The brass comes out as new after an hour of tumbling.

Just 12V power supply that plugs in the wall socket. It is car motor so 12V in my case but you will have to check the voltage for the motor you have and get right power supply.
Just make sure you have enough power and revs. At least 60 revs per minute but not too much faster. Again it is easy to install speed controller on DC motor if you find it too fast. If you are getting wiper motor the older the better since new ones work from electronics. I had to wire this one directly into the motor.
