change of brass manufacturer

right, hopefully a simple question.
finally got a load I'm happy with for my .308 however, the Sako brass I've been using (used this as I had plenty once fired from Sako gamehead I used) has now been fired around 6 times so I'm looking to buy new brass to load with.
Sako is not readily available so my question is, will it affect my load noticeably if I buy Lapua or Norma? only stalking, not target work but happy with what I've developed so don't wanna bugger it up. cheers.

Anneal the sako brass and get another 6 loads out of it (at least)
You can't go wrong with either of the three manufacturers. If you were target shooting then you would do as TikkaT1x said start again. For stalking I don't think it will that much difference to you. There is only one way to find out.

If you are struggling for annealing yourself then you could try contact British Young Shooters at Bisley. They do case prep at a reasonable price including resize, trim, anneal, polish. Might be a way to get it annealed without too much effort or cost.

100% you should get more than 6 reloads in 308 in sako brass. Unless you are pushing silly hot loads and primer pockets gone

Even if not annealing.

Quite a few annealing services around to reset the brass for plenty more life if you want to, or just keep using if no accuracy issues

If you have a good working load put a wanted add up to but some more sako 308 brass as it becomes available to have ready for when yours does eventually die

But if you do swap brands you need to reset and start your load testing again to work up to your safe load as you capacity can change.

I had a friend nearly ruin his rifle not doing that, switching between lapua to starline and just stuck the same lapua load in it. Was fixable thankfully with an rfd visit

cheers Ashcroft, no signs of wear as yet, just aware that it will be hardening due to being worked. only loading 46.5grn of N140 so quite a low charge, it wasn't accurate when pushed.
