Agreed. They would probably have to do that by law, even the audio was too poor anyway. However, the whole thing looks too perfect for the antis that I just don't believe it.

Raptor persecution, that’s what the whole thread is about real or fabricated is the question, it will be interesting to see if anyone is actually charged to begin with

But don't you see that there was no raptors even seen let alone shot. There has to be a crime to charge someone. I didn't see any evidence of a crime on that clip. It's not even possible to identify anyone beyond reasonable doubt! It's a lot of old tosh to win money for the RSPB. No more and no less!
If you watch the whole thing they “ Claim” to have more, we will see in the next few weeks/months if that’s the case or it’s just another “ staged” publicity/defamatory stunt against the shooting community

Well I certainly won't be watching the whole thing. I'm far too busy for that. We will just have to see how it plays out. Their additional evidence needs to be a whole lot better than that bit if they're going to get anyone in front of a judge.
If this footage was going to be part of a criminal investigation would they have released it ? I imagine they'd have kept it under wraps until after a court case.
