Charity fun run, H4H/Poppy appeal

Howdy folks,

I've just signed up to do a charity fun run: Poppy Run - Run To Give For those Who Gave

It's not H4H, but it's basically the same thing.

It's just a 5 km run, but I'll be sticking on a 55lb bergen to make it more of an effort on my part.

Off to do the run shortly, thanks to those who've sponsored! Up to £55 so far, but there's still time and donations can be made up to a month after the event.

Up to £90 now, plus whatever the gift aid is on top! Thanks to everybody that sponsored. There's still a few weeks to cough up a few shekels even though I've done the run now.
