Howa 1500. Bedded Bell and Carlson stock. Floorplate. Big knob. Pic rail. Three position safety. Ase Utra S5 .25 cal mod. 1” Schmidt and Bender 6x42 with number 8 ret. Comes with however many hundred grain softpoints are in those boxes and some once fired brass.
Generally very good condition. Blueing wear from previous overbarrel mod. Tiny bit of pitting on outside of barrel behind threading.
Zeroed an inch high at 100 and grouped about 1.5” (under 2” or I’d have changed ammo) when I set it up - about a hundred rounds fired since then. I suspect the twist is marginal and accuracy would improve with lighter bullets but 1.5” kills deer and it’s Scottish legal with the hundreds.
Based near Gateshead but will be traveling to Suffolk in the next few weeks. Happy to detour within reason.
