Chiller Install - Direct to Floor?

Hello.

I've recently bought a second hand walk in chiller that I'm in the process of installing in my larder, but I'm not sure what to do for the best.

It doesn't have a base as it was mounted on a concrete plinth.

My question is, can I build it direct on the concrete floor/foundation of the buildingz or should I build a plinth to mount it on?

Drainage will be sorted either way, but not sure what is reccomended.

Any advice?

Thanks

I have a chiller / big fridge on concrete made from marine ply with insulation and runs at 3 degrees with Norcool chiller....has your unit got insulation at the bottom, if so build direct, if not build an insulated plinth?

No insulation on the base.

I was thinking of building on 120mm kingspan with a 25mm plywood top. Install drainage then paint with epoxy floor paint to seal it all.
