Christmas preparations 😋

10 litres apple juice ,wine yeast mix ,sugar and 1 1/2 lb of strawberries .
Straight cider pour apple juice in sterilised demi john add spoon of yeast ,jiggle about a bit .
Put in airlock and hide under stairs for a couple of weeks jiggle daily.
Chopped Strawberries and 5 heaped spoons in a tub in fridge overnight. Lovely syrup will appear.
Biggest pan wife's got add syrup strawberries and pour in 5 litres of apple juice.
Simmer for 15mins stirring randomly to mix fruit pectin and juice.
Allow to cool to room temperature then into a demi john adding a spoon of yeast mix.
Pop on airlock then jiggle.
Hide in stairs cupboard and taste in a week but leave it till Christmas you heathen
