Condor thoughts?

My falco fq 35 and my mates fq50 we have had no issues at all one of the best images I’ve seen in a thermal one is 10 months old and the other 14 months old
Never heard of any falcon with issues

I have a falcon fh35 and I know 3 others with the same units.
No issues whatsoever.

What is the recommended run time from one battery? I am currently getting approx. 1 hr, from my Condor CQ35L. I guessing it should be longer.
LRF cuts out when battery gets down to approx. 20 %.

Well, it says on the box, up to 4 hours. I would never expect 4 hours in field conditions use, but at least 2.5-3 hours.
Just send it back.

I was out yesterday from 7:45 to 18:45 and used the thermal as I would normally. Walk and stalk thermal up to the eye then down, no use when dragging deer then back in the car to next area then same again. Then some foxing when it got dark and I used all 3 batteries. First battery lasted to about 11am then next one to 3pm then last one was on last bar at the end of the day at 18:45. So overall it was fine for a full day for me under normal use conditions. If I wanted a 16hr session I would either buy another battery for £15 or charge battery 1 in the car whilst using the other 2.

I'm told the firmware update should help even further? Time will tell.

I did charge all my batteries for the 4hrs minimum before first use (as per user manual) maybe that helped a bit? No idea

Same here Falcon FH35 and no problems, battery life about 3.5 to 4 hrs

Yes but this was at the very first stage of the issues so I took it with a pinch of salt as the excuses were flying

Can't speak for the CH models, but both my CQ's were rubbish.

Had the FH35 Condor, overheated, rangefinder not working, when I scanned the Hik barcode it closed down my hik sight app already installed on my phone and said it had a virus. A lot of dosh for a lot of problems. Not impressed, sent back, not sure if I want it now , yes image is outstanding but product description just does not match what you get. Ill see what they say, may just have dosh back.

As suspected it wasn't just the cq models. Not a hope re the 24hr turn around.
They had mine for over two weeks with no end date. I'm sure customers would like companies to come out and be open and transparent. I've ordered the habrok and if that turns out to be a pile of sh..t then hik will suffer massively

Let's see when is going to arrive, as it supposed to be late November-early December... Is already overdue and i have a funny feeling, i'm going to be without a thermal for the rest of the year.
