Wild Game Meat Hygiene Level 2 (small/large game)
I’m trying to organise this course for Wed 04 Jan 23 in the Dunoon area.
This will give those attending the “trained hunter” tick in the box required to sell deer to game dealers.
This will be relevant for those who don’t have this qualification due to it now being part of the DSC2 and not the revised DSC1 qualification.
I have someone who’s agreed to instruct and has sign off from LANTRA. We just need some attendees to make it worthwhile for the instructor (Ideally 5-7 people).
The course will be one day in duration and costs £95 plus some minimal costs to cover the instructors fuel etc. (Approx. £10 per person)
