Cutco Stalkers Knife on Special Offer!

I've had one for a couple of years. Handle really good , blade stays nice and sharp.
I'm not worried about the broardness of my tool and manage to anal tunnel the smallest of females.:)
The only down side is that it is a bit big to put in your pocket (I don,t like to wear my knife).

Since this thread has created quite a bit of interest I thought I would call The Cutting Edge and ask them if, as a result of the comments on here, they had received a flurry of orders for this particular Cutco knife. The answer was 'no', in the past few days she ( it is a lady who runs the business single handedly) has only had one order and that was from a guy who had just completed the gralloching course with Chris Howard.

However what I did find out was that, whenever the knife gets to the point that the Customer feels that it is blunt and needs sharpening, the knife (not the sheath) can be sent to The Cutting Edge with £3.50 to cover postage and you will receive a BRAND NEW knife by return. In the states Cutco have a free knife sharpening policy which they cannot operate in the UK for cost reasons so they simply replace the knife with a new one. Seems fair enough to me.

I've had my Cutco for about 10 years and yes you just send it off and it gets replaced. Very good customer service!

I have used it on 5 out of 6 U.K. Deer without a problem, CWD not yet done. I also have a small Schrade which is excellent. Thinking about buying a Mora Craftline. You can never have too many knifes!

Thanks to a very obliging yearling pricket I was able to try out my new Cutco knife this morning and it worked a treat, particularly for bleeding out the major vessels in the chest. Be interested to see how long it can maintain an edge now.
