CZ452 - differing widths for a picatinney rail - 11mm/13mm?

Hi

A chum has orderd a Rusan one-piece picatinney mount from OW.
He checked the details as far as he could on the webpage The packaging on arrival says for 11mm slots, but his measure 13mm so obviously never going to slide along the action grooves.
It has been suggested (I think in telephonic chatter with OW) that he needs a picatinney suitable for 3/8inch..........Seems odd as this definately less than the width of the one to hand - so what is wrong or being missed and the options to overcome or order which different rail please?

PS - looking to mount a Hikmicro Thunder that has their rail.

3/8 is about 10mm so don’t use that. 1/2 inch is about 12.7mm which could be what you’ve got. Often rings for that size dovetail are marketed for 11 -13mm so just open the screws a bit more and it should fit.

I agree, it seems odd but that is what the description here says?

As GGG shows with the chart, 452's have different sized dovetails depending on model, similar to stock fittings between models

I believe 3/8 is correct. I guess the measurement is from a different place.

I have two cz452 Americans and they are not standard 11mm dovetails.
