Leaving Ruthin in Wifey's van a few days ago, I moved hard over to the hedgerow on passenger side to give an oncomer some room, lane was narrow & the hedgerow must have had a waste length of straining wire chucked in it, I heard that finger nails on blackboard sound right down the side of the van 
I waited till home to check it out ........... deep gloom!
A couple of re finishers reckoned £200 ball park, So I youtubed a few vids on body refinishing.
I deduced as it was " A Clearcoat only" scratch I would see what I could manage, planned to test my new learning
on a very small scratch already isolated on the front.

Van looks like it never had the scratch
