Evening all.. chance of this lot for £175 as a start up kit.
Looks like a lee 50th kit, plus about 11 dies (mainly 22 250, but some 243) looks like a Hornady electronic powder scale? Kinetic hammer, etc.
Good shout for a start up kit?Screenshot_20250924_230022_Facebook.webp

No. Overpriced by £60 IMHO. Offer £80 and make a deal at £100. If you don't have a .22-250 or .243 you'll not get the value out of the money paid.
I Have 243, can keep one set of 22 250 "just in case" and move on any I don't need. found a full set of 243 dies locally at £30 but missing shell holder, looks like she'll holder is the same as 22 250. Looking to get a 222, which I have sourced dies for at £30.
If I bought the 50 kit on its own new it would be £190 ish.

Is the press one of those for the Breech lock system and if so are there some breech locks included?
KB.

All usable stuff 3 sets of dies nobody wants individual dies, 2 scales and enough to get you started.

Think of a price you'd like to pay then make offers until you get there any more then walk away.
1st potential buyer didn't show.
I offered £150 as it was a 4hr round trip.
Final inventory

Lee breech lock press
4 bushings
Lee safety prime (small and large)
Primer catcher tube
Power thrower (Lee?)
Kinetic hammer with 3 collets
Lee quick trim
Lee balance scale (no pan)
Lee 243 3 die set (round red case)
Lee 22 250 4 die set x2
Hornady mk1 lock n load bench scales (digital with calibration weights.. working)
MTM digital scales
A few spring and screws.
And a 22 250 case with a rod neck crimped into it?

I recon Pretty much everything I need to get reloading apart from a large book, consumables and hopefully some guidance.

Cheers

Lee press appears to be cast metal, would the cheaper press look like cast iron?

Not sure I’d drive 4hrs for that tbh.
Each to their own.
If have been watching on here for the last year for the bits I need, but as soon as anything appears it's gone or even further to collect if postage isn't available.
That and I don't have the budget at the moment to spend hundreds on kit that could work a bit better.
My original plans were to get a lee classic loader as I already have a mallet 😀

4 hours drive where to where ish that certainly makes that £150 go up after fuel and time
Lol, I'm happy with what I paid regardless of the travel (as long as I don't end up with a speeding ticket on top, not that I speed since getting my fac 😉)

Fag packet calculation says its about £550 quids worth new, so happy with £150 and a few quid fuel to get a full setup in one hit.
Will probably sell one set of the 22 250 dies to fund some 222Rem dies that I need and Keep the other set "just in case"

I'd have paid £20 for postage. hopefully you'll not be on any of our motorways as that 4 hours wont be that for sure.

I was going to suggest a Lee loader actually. Love them

He didn't want the agro of posting 😞 best drive I've had down and back on the A303 for years. Not even any holdups at the stones, and avoiding getting delayed by the A27 coach incident.
All tied in with picking up an extra cabinet on the way home for the pricely sum of £30.

No jobs booked in for today, didn't lose anything time / income wise 👌
