Deer hoist for a van

I'm after ideas please? I currently use a Mercedes citan van for going to my shooting grounds, it has barn doors in a 60/40 split with latches top and bottom, I'm after ideas for a deer hoist that doesn't involve any drilling, looking at something along the lines of the ones people use in estate cars but not for hatch type door

There was a side-door mounted electric crane on sale on here up in York a while back but I cannot now find a link to it.

Add an extension bar in the middle to this rack that then hangs out 2 feet to the rear?

If it is small deer then older style roof bars and a piece of box section sticking out off one of those with an eye for a gambrel

My one for roe/muntjac as a push a small fallow, the truck back has a U section so the box section sits in that and a bar goes through the box and U
