Looking for a red deer hunt in Scotland.

Hello, my names Dan. I’m from Kodiak Alaska. I’ve been stalking every year since my childhood. I mostly stalk in the mountains of Alaska for Sitka Black tail deer and mountain goats. I’m coming to Scotland and want to hunt red deer between the 1st and 2nd week of September this year 2025. There would be 2 of us. Im in my 30’s and am in excellent shape my father is in his late 60, he runs 4 miles every 2 days to stay in shape for hunting- so hiking is. It a problem. Would anyone be able to recommend me a stalker/ guide or estate to go with? I’d be sincerely grateful for information.

Flying into Edinburgh but would drive to hunt anywhere.
